Mexican meat pie
An old time favorite reinvented!

1/3 lb. ground beef
1/3 lb. ground pork
1/3 lb. ground veal
1 skinned potatoe cubed
1 onion cubed
3/4 cup tomatoe sauce
1 garlic bulb minced
1/4 teaspoon each of ground cloves and cinnamon
Cheese to taste
SpiceMe to taste
2 pie crusts

 
  Cook the meat and onion in a small amount of oil. Add the garlic and cook for one minute. Add the tomatoe sauce, potatoe, spices and SpiceMe. Simmer at low heat for 30 minutes. Place the mixture in a pie crust, add cheese, cover with remaining crust. Place in a pre-heated oven at 350 F for 30 minutes.
