Nacho chips
Seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken (cooked meat, tomatoe sauce
SpiceMe) Grated cheddar cheese (or other
cheese)
Shredded lettuce, chopped onions and tomatoes (quantity to your taste)
Black olives
Place the nacho chips on a large oven-proof dish (can
also be heated in the micro-wave). Add the meat mixture over the nacho
chips and add the grated cheese. Heat until the cheese is melted. Garnish
with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and black olives to taste. Serve with
salsa and sour cream.
