2 cups of cooked rice
½ green pepper diced
½ red pepper diced
1/3 cup of corn
½ cup of cooked chicken
½ clove of garlic
SpiceMe to taste
1 green onion sliced
Shredded cheese
Black olives sliced (optional)
Cook the peppers in a bit of oil. Add the garlic and cook
1 minute. Add the rice, corn, chicken and SpiceMe.
Garnish with the green onion, cheese and black olives.
